Every month, on WhatsApp, in Arabic: sentence one, what happened. Sentence two, why it happened. Sentence three, what I would do about it. That’s the whole delivery.

The four-page PDF arrives with it — your document, to keep, to show your partners, or to hand to the operator with the two actions attached.
