1. Who we are

2. Nature of this website

Content, market briefs and free tools on this site are general information for hotel owners and investors. They are not investment advice, a valuation, a feasibility study for any specific asset, or legal advice. Tool outputs are illustrative models based on assumptions you enter; always verify against asset-specific evidence before committing capital.

3. How engagements begin

Advisory work is provided only under a written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties, which sets scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, assumptions and exclusions. Website enquiries, consultation requests, tool registrations and sample documents do not create an advisory relationship.

4. Independence

We are compensated only by the owner who engages us. We do not accept operator-paid commissions or placement fees, hold no current operator or brand role, and disclose relevant prior relationships in writing before an engagement — see the Independence Protocol on our About page.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, briefs, templates and the Investment Committee Pack are © Abushaikha Hospitality Consultancy. You may use downloaded templates internally for your own investment-committee purposes; redistribution or resale is not permitted.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on general website content or free-tool outputs without an engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Engagement agreements may specify their own governing law and dispute forum.
