Information you choose to send

Booking and enquiry forms send the details you enter to Web3Forms for delivery to us. When you register to use a tool, the form sends your name, work email, company, phone number, country or market, optional referral source, page and language. This registration is a lead-capture convenience only: it does not verify identity, create a secure account or restrict access to the browser tools.

If you submit a calculator or AOIP Lite request, the form includes the results summary generated by that tool. AOIP Lite includes a separate choice for sending its KPI summary. Do not include confidential hotel or personal information in a request unless you intend to share it with us.

Information kept in your browser

The tool registration details are also saved in this browser's local storage so the registration form does not reappear on the same device. This is not a secure account record. Signing out removes the local copy; it does not recall a form submission already sent to us. Calculator and AOIP Lite calculations run in your browser. Calculator share links include scenario inputs in the URL, so anyone with a shared link can load those assumptions.

Service providers and technical data

Web3Forms processes submitted forms. The site host may process standard technical request logs to serve and protect the site. Providers' handling of data is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; it counts visits and tool usage only in aggregate so we can improve the site.

Retention and requests

We retain form submissions for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted; you may request earlier deletion at any time. To ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise another privacy concern, contact us at the email above. We may retain information where needed to respond, keep business records or meet a legal obligation.

Security and updates

We use the controls available in our site and service providers, but web submissions and browser storage cannot be guaranteed secure. Do not send sensitive information through the public tools. We may update this notice when our practices change.
