Cookie Notice
This notice explains what this website stores on your device, what our providers set, and how to control it. It complements the Privacy Notice, which covers how we handle the personal data you send us. We keep both as short as we can — no dark patterns, no 40-category tables.
What is stored on your device
- Strictly necessary (always on)
- The site itself sets no tracking cookies. It stores small values in your browser's localStorage/sessionStorage so the site works: your cookie choice, your gated-tools demo account (if you create one), and a counter that limits form spam. These cannot be switched off without breaking the tools.
- Analytics — cookieless
- We measure aggregate usage with Plausible Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint, and does not collect personal data — it counts page views and tool completions so we know which owner tools earn their keep.
- CRM and chat — only after interaction
- Our CRM (HubSpot) loads when you use forms or the chat assistant and may set its own cookies to remember the conversation and link a form you send to the chat. If you never open a form or chat, these cookies are not set.
- Form delivery
- Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms over an encrypted connection. It delivers the form to our inbox and does not set cookies or profile you.
- Third-party embeds
- We embed no advertising, no social widgets and no video. External links (WhatsApp, LinkedIn) are ordinary links that open in a new tab — those services apply their own notices once you are there.
How to control it
The first time you visit, a small banner asks whether you accept optional cookies (the CRM ones above). Your choice is stored in localStorage and the banner stops appearing. You can change course any time: clear site data for this domain in your browser, or press “Decline” in the banner. Strictly necessary storage and cookieless analytics are not affected by your choice — the first keeps the tools working and the second collects nothing personal.

Where personal data is involved, we act as the data controller and handle it under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — see the Privacy Notice for purposes, retention and your rights, including access, correction and deletion.
