Do you take commissions from operators, brokers or vendors?
No. We are 100% owner-side and fiduciary by design — no commissions, no operator relationships, no conflicts. Our only fee comes from our client.
Which markets do you cover?
Saudi Arabia is our core market, with active coverage of Jordan and the GCC, and selective engagements across MENA.
At what stage do you engage?
Any stage from idea to exit: feasibility, development, operator selection, HMA negotiation, operating performance, repositioning and exit preparation.
How are fees structured?
Engagements are structured as fixed-scope project advisory, owner's representation, retained advisory, or asset-management mandates. Every proposal is clear and costed after a confidential 60-minute session.
Do you work with owners of a single hotel?
Selectively. Single-asset owners facing a major decision — an HMA signature, a repositioning, an exit — benefit most from owner-side representation.
In which languages do you deliver?
Arabic-first operating standards and deliverables, with full English capability. Board materials in either language.
How is confidentiality handled?
An NDA is standard on request. Track record is published only in anonymized form, and only with client consent.
How quickly can we start?
A confidential 60-minute session is typically available within days. A clear, costed proposal follows the rapid external diagnostic within one business day.
Would you recommend replacing our operator?
We evaluate without bias. Transitions are recommended only when owner economics clearly justify them — our duty is to the owner, not to any brand.
How are you different from global advisory firms?
Senior-only teams, pure hotel specialization, on-the-ground KSA presence, and we stay through implementation — most consultants leave after the feasibility study.
